(Anderson) Palmer. He passed away Wednesday, April 17,2024 at Lutheran Home Eden Acres Campus, Perry, IA. Most of Lyle’s working life he spent moving furniture for North American Van Lines and Redeker’s Furniture. He moved to Perry in 2017 after living in Boone and the Dennison areas. Lyle loved to go fishing and liked working on cars. The family would like to thank the health care workers and employees at Eden Acres for their care and friendship during his residence there the past six months. He was under Sun Crest Hospice at the time of his passing. Survivors include his son, Keith (Stacy) Palmer of Des Moines, IA and a daughter, Happy Ellett of Perry, IA; adopted son and daughter, Travis (Tracie) Palmer of Afton, IA, Becky Palmer of Boone, IA; and Chad (Tina) Palmer of Ogden, IA; two brothers LeRoy (Linda) Palmer of Manilla, IA, Melvin Palmer of Jefferson, IA; two sisters, Charolette Kline of Schleswig, IA, Sharon Steadman of Carroll, IA; eleven grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. Lyle was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; two sisters; and a son-in-law, Harry Ellett III. Burial of the cremains will be held at 1:00 p.m. (weather permitting) Friday, April...
