Your Data Rights
Iowa law gives you control over your personal data. Use this form to make a request and we will take care of the rest.
What you can request
Under the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (effective January 1, 2025), you have the right to:
- Access— Find out what personal data we hold about you.
- Delete— Ask us to remove your personal data from our systems.
- Correct— Fix inaccurate information we have about you.
- Export— Get a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Opt-out— Stop certain kinds of data processing (targeted advertising, sale of data). Note: we do not currently sell data or run targeted ads.
Quick ways to exercise common rights right now
- Stop SMS alerts: reply
STOPto any text from us, or turn off SMS in your digest settings. See our SMS Terms. - Stop emails: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or adjust notification preferences in your account.
- Delete your account: sign in and use Delete Account in your account settings, or submit a deletion request below.
We respond within 90 days as required by Iowa law. Most requests are handled much sooner. You will receive a confirmation email with your request ID immediately after submitting.
