Is this free?

Claiming and managing supported profile fields is free. Optional Business Access software is managed in the owner portal. The managed Hydra presence service is separate, is still being proven with pilot businesses, and is not sold from this page.

Why is my business listed without my permission?

We source from Iowa public records (Secretary of State, county assessors) and public websites. Your business's public information is already online; we organized it. You can correct it, control it, or remove it.

Can I remove my listing?

Yes. Contact us and we'll remove it within 5 business days. No questions asked.

Will you try to sell me something?

Claiming your profile is free. We do not sell rankings, vouches, leads, or private customer lists. Any future managed service requires a separate scope and your approval.

What about reviews?

Reviews come only from signed-in Iowans with confirmed accounts, and short or low-quality submissions are held for moderation. If a review is unfair or false, contact us and we'll look into it.

What if some of the information is wrong?

Claiming lets an owner update supported fields and submit corrections. When owner input conflicts with an authoritative public source, we keep the conflict visible for review instead of silently overwriting it.
