The Iowa Library Advisory Panel is composed of various Iowa libraries, aiming to improve library services in the state. The panel advises on best practices, assists in determining service priorities, and represents the needs of Iowa librarians. Members are appointed by the State Librarian and the Iowa Library Association, serving staggered four-year terms. The panel is located in the Ola Babcock Miller Building in Des Moines, IA.[1]
