Annual Choice is a Medicaid program offered by the State of Iowa's Health and Human Services department. It provides managed care and dental plans to eligible members. Members have the opportunity to change their plans during their Annual Choice Period, which begins 90 days after initial enrollment. This program aims to provide quality healthcare and dental services to Iowa residents.[1]
