About

Storyhouse Bookpub is an independent bookstore building reading communities around bookish events in Des Moines, Iowa. The brick and mortar storefront opened in the East Village in June 2021. Owner Abigail Paxton runs the store with the help of her husband Sky and son Jory. Abigail started out as an English teacher before moving into the world of independent bookstores.
